Pendant Light A333 ‘Turnip’ was originally designed by Alvar Aalto in the 1950s for the canteen of the head office of the National Pensions Institute building in Helsinki, where it still shines to this day. With its simple elegance and sculptural design, Pendant Light A333 is suitable for a wide range of spaces and interior styles. For example, you can hang it over a dining table or a kitchen island. The light is made of painted steel and has a brass-plated steel decorative ring at the bottom. The light filters through the rings at the top of the shade, creating a soft and atmospheric illumination. The perforated ring that decorates the lower edge of the light prevents glare.
