Which countries does the Artek Online Store deliver to?
We deliver to EU countries as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. For other countries, please see the Where to Buy page or contact help@artek.fi.
Will I have to pay taxes and customs duties myself if I order products to the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland?
Orders delivered to these countries are tax‑free in Artek Online Store. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, and additional charges.
Orders, Payments and Availability
What payment methods are available in the Artek Online Store?
You can pay easily and securely using a wide range of trusted payment methods, including card payments (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, and American Express), mobile payments (MobilePay, Google Pay, and Siirto), PayPal, Shopify Payments (card payments as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay), and Artek Online Store gift cards.
Additionally, Finnish online banking payments are available (Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken).
Can I place an order under a company name?
The Artek Online Store is primarily for private customers. For company orders, we recommend contacting your local retailer via the Where to Buy page.
How can I check which products are immediately in stock?
If a product can be added directly to the shopping cart, it means it is currently in stock. Items in stock are dispatched no later than the next working day after the order has been received.
Which products are made to order, and how can I purchase them?
Made‑to‑order products are easy to recognise: instead of a shopping‑cart button, the product page shows an Enquire button. Simply send us an enquiry, or contact help@artek.fi, and our customer service will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if the product I'm looking for cannot be found in the online store?
Not all products, colours, and material options are shown online. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our customer service team will be happy to help at help@artek.fi, or you can contact your nearest Artek retailer via the Where to Buy page.
Can I order spare parts from the online store?

Shipping and Order Tracking
How much are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over €150. Orders under €150 are charged a €10 shipping fee (or the equivalent in local currency).
What is the estimated shipping time for products in stock?
In‑stock products are dispatched by the next working day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on our logistics partners.
Do you offer express shipping, delivery brought inside the property, or furniture assembly services?
We do not offer express shipping, inside delivery, or assembly services through Artek Online Store. Please contact help@artek.fi before placing your order to check availability and receive a separate quote.
Will all the products I order be shipped together or separately?
All in‑stock products are shipped together. If an order is packed in multiple boxes, each package will have its own tracking code. Packages usually arrive on the same day, but may occasionally arrive separately.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Returns and Claims
How can I return a product?
You can submit a return request via the “return items” button in your customer profile or by email at help@artek.fi. You will receive return instructions by email. We offer a 14-day right of return from receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all parts included.
Can I return only one product if my order contains multiple items?
Yes, you can return an individual product. You can select the items you wish to return via the “return items” button in your customer profile or notify us by email at help@artek.fi.
Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?
Returns are free of charge.
How long does it take for the refund to be returned to my account?
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. The amount is always refunded to the original payment method and usually appears in your account within a few working days.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please check the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, contact help@artek.fi as soon as possible so we can assist you quickly.
Warranty and Care Instructions
Is there a warranty on the products?
Our products are designed to last for decades — longevity and quality are at the core of our values. The technical warranty for the product is two years from the order date.
