All items are sent from Finland and transported by our trusted partner UPS.
Local delivery by our trusted delivery partner Posti. Products will be shipped on the next business day at the latest.

Standard shipping to Finland is free of charge if shipped to a local depot while it costs €25 for at home delivery. Standard delivery outside of Finland is free, express delivery is possible at an additional cost.

In delivers to UK, Norway and Switzerland, please note that customs clearance and the associated costs, taxes or other charges in the destination country are not included in the price of the product. The customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, taxes and other charges in the destination country. 

The majority of the Artek 2nd Cycle Stool 60s are currently featured in the exhibition "Decades" at the Artek 2nd Cycle store. The sold stools will be shipped in September after the exhibition has closed.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
