Shipping information

All items are sent from Finland and transported by our trusted partners. Products will be shipped on the next business day at the latest.

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 150 euros. The delivery cost for orders under 150 euros is 10 euros. We ship all products with Standard delivery, which takes an average of 2–5 business days. For small shipments, the customer will receive an SMS from the delivery company, allowing them to choose delivery to their home or the nearest pick-up point. Large shipments are delivered to the home address, but delivery does not include bringing the product inside the apartment, installation of the product, or removal of packaging materials.

Artek online store delivers to following areas: European Union, UK, Norway and Switzerland. Please note that for orders delivered to UK, Norway and Switzerland the customer is responsible for taxes, customs and possible additional costs.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

With PayPal, you can shop without a credit card. The payment method requires a PayPal account.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
