Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, please use the “Request Return” button found in your order details in our online store. You can access your order details by logging into your customer account or through the order confirmation email sent to you. You may also notify us of your return by email at help@artek.fi.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unassembled, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note that orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland are subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by local regulations and are beyond our control. If you return a product, any paid duties and taxes will not be refunded automatically. Customers must request reimbursement for these charges directly from their local customs authorities.

Returns are free of charge for customers. Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at help@artek.fi immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. You will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
