Legal Guarantee
Consumers in the European Union are entitled to legal guarantee rights when purchasing goods. The minimum duration of the legal guarantee within the EU is two years from the date the goods are received, although longer periods may apply in some countries.
If a product does not match its description or does not function as intended, consumers may be entitled to remedies under applicable law, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
The official European Union notice below provides a summary of consumers' legal guarantee rights.
