The A110 “Hand Grenade” and A333 “Turnip” are given a new “linen” colourway that harks back to the vintage textile lampshades that have appeared in Artek’s portfolio through time. The colour contrast between the upper and lower parts of the body accentuates the indirect light that is a hallmark of Aalto interiors. Both pendant lights have a sculptural quality that catches the eye whether switched on or off, using their shape and additional features, such as the perforated brass rim, to mimic natural light through varied distribution.
