Artek occasionally produces small special editions outside of their standard collection. We have now got a small batch of 60 stools upholstered with Lauritzon's Bast 2 and Bast 3 fabrics. These Bast fabrics are made from cellulose fiber and resemble the bast fabric once used in Artek's furniture. The stool upholstered with Bast 2 has natural lacquered legs, while the stool upholstered with Bast 3 has honey-stained legs.
