Finnish-Korean design-duo COMPANY designed the Secrets of Finland product family for the FIN/JPN friendship collection at Artek. The product family consists of six handmade ceramic objects, each of which reflects a Finnish ritual associated with the season. On Midsummer Eve in June, Finnish folklore says that if a girl collects seven wildflowers and sleeps with them beneath her pillow, she will dream of her future love. This Midsummer Dream Vase offers room for seven flowers above the dreaming face of a Finnish maiden.
